In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a devoted mother and wife, seamlessly balancing the demands of a thriving career with the responsibilities of family life.

Robert Salinas is a seasoned Accountant with a passion for the hospitality industry. With over 25 years of dedicated experience. Robert has worked with a diverse range of clients, from boutique hotels to multinational restaurant chains, offering tailored financial solutions to meet their specific needs. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to uncover hidden financial inefficiencies that can significantly impact a hotel or restaurant's bottom line.

His expertise spans a wide range of financial services, including budgeting, cost control, revenue analysis, and tax optimization. His proactive approach ensures that his clients are always well-prepared to navigate the ever-changing financial landscape of the industry.

Maria Salinas holds the position of Director of operations at RCBS, where she leads the internal accounting operations with our teams and clients. Maria has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and postgraduate degrees in NIIFs, Tax planning, and Finances.

Maria has outstanding work experience as a Financial Advisor in several sectors including consulting, auditing, construction, real estate, and commerce. She is currently dedicated to designing financial strategies and achieving suitable investing opportunities for all our clients.

Raquel serves as the Administrative and Client Relations Manager, overseeing both the administrative department and client services. With a degree in Translation and Interpretation in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, along with a post-graduate degree in Business Administration, she brings a strong academic foundation to her role.

Raquel boasts a wealth of professional experience across diverse sectors such as services, finance, auditing, and commercial business. Her current focus is on implementing optimal practices to enhance and personalize our clients' experiences.

Deyssi Yucra holds the position of Senior Accountant at RCBS, where she leads an accounting team and serves several clients. Deyssi has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting standing out as a first place in her class. Additionally, she had the opportunity to complete an internship at Harvard University, where she took leadership and soft skills courses. As a sign of her constant commitment, she is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Costing and Budgeting to improve her knowledge.

Deyssi has accumulated outstanding work experience in several sectors, including services, mining, auditing, government, and commercial business and she is currently dedicated to implementing solutions to improve and maximize the financial efficiency of our clients.

Bryan de la Gala holds the position of Senior Tax Accountant at RCBS, where he is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control of all of our clients' business. Bryan has a degree in Accounting and a postgraduate degree in Tax planning, Human Resources and Leadership.

Bryan has outstanding work experience as a Financial Advisor in several industries including education, automotive and telecommunications. He is currently dedicated to developing account management strategies, coordinating with our internal team to deliver solutions for our clients's needs, and identifying opportunities to grow our clients' accounts.
